Natural Golds (Look Of the Day)

So I just posted Up a Halloween Candy Corn Boo Nail Tutorial (Check it out…) So this is my Look for today, I did a bronzey Gold Look Using .. You guessed it DRUGSTORE products! So come join me and I will show you how I did this Look & What my outfit looks like today!

How To do my Eye look…..

Step 1 : Apply Primer (Elf $1 Primer is great! or cream eyeshadow as base )

Step 2. Apply shadow 1 underneath the brow for a highlight, and in the tear duct area to light up your eye areaand to lover 1/2 of lower lid

Step 3: Apply Shadow 4 Onto the Lid & Crease area

Step 4: Apply Shadow 2 into the crease to help blend out the darker bronze color and to the center of lid to give it a pretty glow bright effect

Step 5: Add this pretty Gold Shadow 3 To first 1/2 of lower lid

Step 6: Apply A brown Eyeliner to the water line & Mascara

And your good to go! This is a great date makeup,everyday look, work look, mom look, teen look, college look, Its a for everyone look. It really is gorgeous and super easy to do + I absolutly love this palette!

Now for my outfit , I decided to go with a brownish outfit..

So thats pretty much it, I love this outfit and the look goes along with it perfectly.. This is one of my go to date outfits because I just love the boots!

Catwoman Halloween Look/Tutorial

Hey Ladies…
So its October, I love this month because of Halloween!! IM SO excited I have some great Halloween tutorials planned and today Im sharing with you my first on of this year!.. CATWOMAN ,

I always love her she is strong, independent, and lethal! Her look is so easy to do and all under $15 I already had boots, long sleeve black shirt & the Nailpolish..

The makeup was also very easy to do , I decided to do a sexy Midnight blue smokey eye, and I had to add some fake lashes as well! Don’t forget about the bright red lips!

Fall/Winter Wedding Makeup + Hair

Its wedding season again!! Im actually going to two weddings this weekend.. So what better time to do a wedding tutorial! I did my own hair and makeup for my wedding ..

This look is featuring the Cortex Curling Iron 1 1/4 inch ,Headband from amazon & The Naked Palette! I feel like the naked palette is the perfect wedding palette, All the shades are gorgeous and it can truely create the most beautiful looks….

Tips For Your Wedding:

Have 2nd day hair to help your hairstyle last all night! You dont want clean hair
Use a heat protectant spray + Hairspray for protection & Lasting power
Use a face primer & Eye primer to help your makeup look flawless in pictures & last all night
Use a lip balm to insure that your lips are hydrated not crackly & If you can use lip scrub night before & morning of
Do Your EYEBROWS!! Even if you dont normally it looks so much better in pictures!
Contour & Add more makeup than normal , again in pictures makeup can fade out , you want to look flawless in your pictures
Us a foundation with no spf I recommend Revlon Color Stay or Maybelline SuperStay (thats what I Used)
NO SPF or your pictures will turn out , ghost facey!
Apply False lashes if you want to see your lashes in pictures because they will fade out if you dont
Lip stains are your friend, The Jordana balm stains are moisturizing and will last all night
Apply a highlighter to your cheek bones for the bridal glow!

Eye look + Lips For beginners

Hey Beautys!

Last Week I did a blog about face makeup for beginners, well today I’m doing an easy Eye look + Lips for beginners…. THis eye look is so easy and simple to do! Its Perfect for school, work or everyday. Its a natural , neutral eye that can fit well with a nude soft lip or a Bold Date Lip!

So Lets start with some tips for all you beginners…

Tip:

1. Apply (carmex) Lips balm on before starting your makeup to prevent dry & cracky lips

2. Use a base or eye primer to help with lasting power and to help the eyeshadows appear brighter

3. Be gentle around your eyes, dont tug ( Thats how you get wrinkles)

So now that you have some tips , lets beautify ourselves….

(Eyeshadows From Left To Right) Nyx Fantasy,Aloha,Taupe

Products Used:

Nyx Eyeshadow: Fantasy(Lid & Lower Lid),Aloha(Brow Bone &Inner Corner),Taupe(Crease)

Elf Eye Lash Curler $1

Steps:

Apply carmex to lips
apply nyx jumbo pencil
Apply Nyx Eyeshadow Taupe Onto crease (Feel for the eye socket and thats where you put the crease color) with a crease/Pencil Brush

(From Left To Right) Crease Brush, Eyeshadow Brush, Big Eyeshadow Brush, Blending Brush

4 Apply Nyx Fantasy Onto Lid, Pressing it in to the lid with eyeshadow brush & put some on the lower lid as well

5 Nyx Aloha Under Brow Bond & Onto Inner Corner by tear duct are to make your eyes pop & Look Big & beautiful (Use a big eyeshadow brush or normal one Up to you)

6 With a blending brush & Taupe .. blend into the crease using side swiping motion & a light hand… Blend Blend Blend so that you are left with no harsh line

7 Add a gold eye pencil of your choice on lower water line (I used Wet N Wild Bronzed)

8 Add a black eye pencil to the upper waterline

9 Curl Your lashes & apply Mascara!

10 Last apply your lip balm stain in the color Honey love to your lips..One coat for a light nude lip Or apply multiple coats for a bold fall (Date) Look… The balm stains are terrific they last a long time, can be very pigmented or can be sheared out with your finger & only cost $2.99 I thought these are the perfect lip product for beginners because they are user friendly and very moisturizing..

Thats It Easy as that!!! Your Not a beginner anymore!

Gym Makeup (Tutorial)

Hey everybody!:D

Like many of you, I dont like going out in public with absolutly NO makeup on! What if someone I know sees me! I dont want to scare anyone, even if im going to the gym.. So heres a simple easy makeup tutorial for the days your going to the gym, doing yard work, running errands or anything of that kind….

So important to have clean hands
Apply a tinted moisturizer (I like the elf tinted moisturizer because it has spf and some great vitamins)
Apply a powder of your choice ( Loreal True Match is great to add coverage or Rimmel stay matte powder is good to just keep your face matte all day..)
Eyebrows!! Eyebrows make a big difference so fill them in! (I love the elf Eyebrow kit, or jumbo eyebrow pencil, I also love Jordana FabuBrow)
Mascara , I feel like mascara is what makes you look feminine and naturally beautiful! (I dont want to look like a man at the gym and mascara fixes that problem!)
Last LiPBalm (lip balm keeps your lips hydrated while you are working out )

NOW your ready to go to the gym!!….

Tip#1 Match your foundation shade with your neck

Tip #2 Swatch your foundation on your jawline to check if its a match

Tip #3 Blend Blend Blend your foundation down to your neck

Tip#4 when Blending Concealer Use your ring finger for a soft touch

Tip #5 When Concealing a blemish blend around blemish not on top of blemish

Tip #6 Use a Light hand when applying powder to prevent cakeyness

Tip #7 Make a fishy face to expose your cheek bones when you contour

Tip #8 Blend your bronzer all the way to hairline

Tip #9 Smile when applying blush to expose your apples(the fattest part of your cheek)

Tip #10 Blend From your apples to your ears when applying blush

EYES:

Although the eyes look complicated they really are not ..

1. Applied Nyx Jumbo Pencil On the Center Of lid (For a Base)

2.Add Gold Shadow Ontop of the Base

3. Apply a Matte Black in the crease , From outercorner all the

way to the inner corner of lid… Making the desired V Shape on

the outer corner

4.Use a dark brown eyeshadow to help darken the crease

5. Use a blending brush and a medium brow shadow to blend out the harsh line

6. Use a Lighter shadow underneath brow for a highlight

If you choose..

7. add the dark brown or black to the lower lid

8.Last add a black eyeliner on the waterline & A thin line on the upper lash line (add a black shadow on top for staying power..)

Now all you need is mascara and your eyes are done!

For the face I contoured with the elf warm bronzer, then I swireled my brush in all four shades to create a Glowy blush for the cheeks, I also added the cheek shade soley on the apples of my cheeks for a pop..

Now that the face is Flawless you can add some color to your lips..

Because this look is so dramatic I went with nude lips..

1. Elf matte lip color : Natural

2. Burts Bees Lip Shimmer : Caramel

Now the Look is finished !!
