Today we are talking about nude nail polish. Nude nail polish is very popular this summer along with nude lips & natural blushes! I will be talking about nude lip options & natural blushes in later posts. As for today I have 5 nude polish options to share with you. I also went through the trouble of watching them for you! So enjoy!(See video below)
First is Forsythe by Color Club. I love this because it is a cool toned nude. Which is unique and not seen very often. This formula is nice and thin. I think it applies evenly and wears for a long time.
An alternative to Forsythe is this one from Wet N Wild called Yo Soy. This one is almost an exact match to the Color Club polish shown earlier. It may be a tiny bit darker but still beautiful either way. It is again a cooler toned nude. If you want to try a cool nude this one is only $1.99 at the drugstore. (I love this formula better than the Color Club one)
This next one is a beautiful warm nude. L.A. Colors Color Craze polish in Simply. This is a polish that can easily be found at the Dollar Tree. For being the most affordable polish I am going to show you it definitely doesn’t disappoint. It is such a smooth formula and will last just as long as any other polish.
This one is more of a milky transparent nude. Wet N Wild 2% Milk. I have the old version but they do have this same shade in the packaging they have now. This is one of my first nude polishes and it has a special spot in my heart.
These next three are more of the pink nudes. I still consider them nudes. First is the Sinful Shine with Gel Tech called I’m Blushing. If you have tried the Sinful Colors Polishes and you don’t like them, do not despair this formula is different. It is a gel like formula that drys fast and is very shiny. I have not had any problems with streakiness.
This one is my absolute first nail polish every. Revlon nail polish in sheer petal. It is more of a transparent pink nude. Perfect for brides, interviews, work or everyday wear. It makes your natural nails look better. So beautiful and classy. It can be built up to a more opaque color shown on the bottle.
This one is so similar to the Revlon polish except the formula is thinner and more transparent. I love this formula so great and smooth. L’OREAL wishful pinking. This is more pink and less peachy.
So whats up with the crazy makeup? On my social media I am doing a new makeup look everyday for 100 days. I thought since right now color eyebrows are the trend I would do a fun purple look. Check out my social media for my other pictures!

Today is such a hot a dry day here in Arizona. I would much rather have dry heat then humidity! On the other hand, something I do not want to look dry is my face. Sometimes I just wish my foundations made my skin look more fresh & illuminated. Well ladies, I am here to do a review on a product that claims to do just that.
This is the Hard Candy Look Pro Illuminate & Strobing Mix-In Drops. It is a multi-purpose, iridescent facial enhancer that instantly creates radiant, dewy complexion. Or so it claims to do so. You add it into your foundation, into your moisturizer or you can use it alone to highlight. Right now strobing is very popular.
First, lets talk about packaging. It is glass bottle with a dropper. This makes it very easy to mix into your foundation. I have been using this for about two weeks now. My favorite way to use this is to mix one drop into my Maybelline Fit Me Matte Foundation. I love the finish it gives me with that one. We will talk more about that later.
These drops are very thin and easy to blend out. Its a white formula with an iridescent pinkness to it that catches the light beautifully. Looks very pearly to me. As a highlight alone it is beautiful. I recommend ,if you are using it to highlight, to spread a drop on your hand first. Then dab it on your face with your finger. It will be very easy to blend, but if you want to build the intensity I suggest doing it while it is still wet. I notice that when I try to add more when it is already dry the formula breaks down. It ends up looking cakey and it balls up. This is not something I would use for strobing unless I am using it as a base for a powder highlight. I think its more of a everyday highlight.
My absolute favorite way to us this is mixed into my foundation. I mix a single drop into my foundation then spread it around with my finger before dotting it onto my face. I notice that it gives me a fresh natural looking finish when mixed into a matte foundation (shown above). I it doesn’t look dewy or shimmery just very fresh and healthy.
I talk more about it and show a demo of how I like to apply it in the video below.

I have really been into a subtle highlight look lately. With that said this product is perfect for me. It gives me a healthy glow and I love it!
So, are you into a subtle highlight or strobing? Let me know in the comments!
Today I’m talking about skin care. I am one of those gals that believe less is more, well typically. I usually am very basic when it comes to skin care. Even so , I do believe that to have beautiful makeup look you do have to take care of your skin. The healthier your skin looks the better your makeup looks! So today I’m reviewing the Skin & Co Truffle Therapy Skin Serum.
Packaging:
Glass Bottle
Thick Plastic Top
Pump
Fragrance? Yes Smells like shea butter (pleasant not to strong, fades after applying)
Comes from organic agriculture
Zero% Sulfates, parabens, mineral oils, phthalates
Claims:
Restores skin with undetected radiance
Fine lines start fading
roughness surrendered
silky smoothness
skin looks firmer and brighter
creates healthful ,youthful complexion
I have used this for almost two weeks and I’m going to share with you all the information you will need!
My skin typically has large pores in the cheek area and is very dry. I also have blochy complexion as well. After almost two weeks of using this serum this is how my skin looks( no filters or editing).
What I have Noticed:
Healthy looking skin
Radiance/glowy
pores minimized
makeup goes on over top smoother
skin smooth
skin looks less rough/textured
no reaction with my sensitive skin
skin feels firmer
skin is not as blochy
Application:
wash/cleanse face
apply serum
apply moisturizer
apply makeup as usual
My thoughts:
I have noticed that my skin looks all and all healthier. Usually even with makeup my skin looks cakey and rough in person. I did not change my foundation or any other makeup products when trying this. My skin looked a lot smoother and more natural when using this. It was the first thing I noticed. It also didn’t detract from the longevity of my makeup. I feel like my face makeup even lasted longer when I used this. Like it just the makeup sat on my skin a lot better. Honestly this is a skin care product that is here to stay for me! I am very pleased with it. I am a firm believer that the healthier your bare skin looks the better your makeup over top will look! I also love how it hydrated my skin. I tend to have very dry skin and I felt like this worked wonders for the dryness. Usually by the end of the day my nose and cheeks are dry. The serum really made a difference with that.
These are my honest thoughts. Here are some unfiltered un edited pictures of my face with makeup after using this.
First picture is without flash.
Second is with flash.
Have you tried this serum? What do you think? Let me know in the comments!
This last weekend my little brother was married! I did his wifes makeup for the Bridal pictures & Wedding! This made me really start to think of all kinds of beautiful bridal makeup looks. So today I wanted to share with you this Bridal Makeup that is perfect for this fall season ! This is a bold red lip with soft eyes & face. I truly think this makeup look turned out perfect and I made sure that all the products used have been photo tested!
I try to use the word bridal very lightly because you do not have to be a bride to try this makeup look. I just tried to focus on things that a bride would want for her makeup on her wedding day. For example this makeup has been photo tested, its long lasting, it has a soft glow, it is not to smokey but it is intense enough so that you wont appear washed out in pictures. I hope you guys like this easy look and if you recreate it make sure to use #Bondbeautyfullooks
So I usually like to start with the eyes , just incase there is any fall out with the eyeshadows! I am not focusing on what products I used because I want you to use what ever shadows you want to use that look similar! At one point I even used a bronzer for an eye shadow! If you notice in my pictures that my lashes are missing , you cant even see that I have any! This will happen in your pictures if you choose to not wear fake lashes! (like I did) I recommend the Ardell Demi Wispys from walmart or target! When taking pictures and especially if your a bride I recommend Lashes!
For the Face I did try to keep it drugstore so that it is easy to get your hands on it! When finding a foundation you want one with no SPF in it , to prevent a white cast in pictures. Loreal infallible & the Lumi are great choices if you are oily I recommend the Infallible and if you are dry the Lumi like me! I decided to mix them because the Lumi was a little dark for me.
The highlight I used today is the only drugstore highlight that I think is the best for brides. It is soft and glowy but not glittery so that it looks beautiful in pictures!
I love the deep red lip but you can always replace this lipstick with a nude lipstick or a brighter red!
Wet N Wild Bronzer : Reserve your Cabana (Highlight/GLow)
Divergent Erudite Palette (Eyeshadows, use any ones you have that are similar)
Black Eyeliner & Nude Eyeliner (for waterline & Tightline)
Bh Cosmetics Lock it Lipstick
Be A Bombshell Lip Balm: Cherry (To add some gloss)
I hope you guys liked this look! Go ahead and try it out! I will be doing more bridal looks so if you have a request or something you would want as a bride let me know in the comments!:D
Today I wanted to show you guys this beautiful summer appropriate Smokey eye. Its really easy and it has a fun pop of blue eyeliner to finish it off. Some of you may want something a little more toned down than this bright eyeliner with the mauve lip so I give you a nude lip option that really makes it more wearable.
Personally I love Smokey eyes and I will even rock Smokey eyes in the summer! Date night is a Smokey eye night, its romantic, mysterious and perfect for a night out. So this weekend when you are heading out why not try out this look! So enough blab and let me show you how I did it!
I personally Love this look for t Summer I think it looks amazing and Is a fun look to do! If the Mauve is too much color then try the nude lip option. I personally love these Wet N Wild Megalast Lipsticks because they are Matte and they feel very comfortable on the lips!
I wanted to make this eye look as simple as possible , If you want more detail and see the eyeshadows I used check out the video above. Here are the four easy steps I used and you can use which ever eyeshadows you love!

Happy Friday, Sorry I didn’t have a post up for you yesterday life got a little crazy at the Bond house. Today I wanted to do a post/video that would tell you a little more about me! I saw a friend on youtube make a video like this and I was able to learn things about her I didn’t know, and relate to her better. Not to mention it was a very entertaining video.
I hope you guys enjoyed this video I know it isn’t makeup related! So one of the reasons I started youtube and my blog was to get to know more beautiful people like yourself. So tell me a random fact about yourself or something we have in common?

Im going to make a big effort to post videos & blogs on here more often. Quick house update: The house still has no flooring no paint job but the wall paper is finally all down! I am so happy about the wall paper being down it was so time consuming!
So today I decided to tell you guys about beauty products that I tend to use behind the blog or video scene. Things that I think are must have, holy grails or favorites. You can call it whatever you want , basically these prep my look and so on.
You guys know I love to incorporate a video with each blog so here it is make sure to take a look to see all the products up close & personal!

All of these except for three are drugstore products , you guys know I love my Drugstore!
Do you have a must have holy grail product that you always use?
Remember,Beauty Comes from within so let yours shine!
Its early , I’m up and the kids are cozy in their beds still. Perfect time to share this makeup look with you beauties. I was recently looking through my makeup and realized that their is a lot of IPSY products that I have not tried yet! What!! I know pretty crazy, so I took everything out that I have not tried yet & made this beautiful makeup look with it. I also did a easy video tutorial to go along with this post for all you visual learners!
So the star of the show today is the Olive Green pigment , it is gorgeous! As soon as I saw it I new I had to make a look around this color! You don’t usually see wearable olive green eye makeup, but I think that this look turned out pretty darn wearable!
They Key to making a intense eye look wearable is making your face makeup & Lips look as natural as possible. So here are the products I used & the steps to create this look. Again If you are more visual then check the tutorial!
Step #1 : Prep
It is so important to prep your skin for makeup! Taking care of your skin is so important because it keeps your skin look smooth & less aged. Nobody wants to look 40 at 25!
1. Moisturizer first
2. Face Primer second
3. Exfoliate those beautiful lips too!
Step #2 : Makeup
Its time to apply some makeup & create a beautiful unique olive eye look. (which makes all eye colors look gorgeous especially brown or honey eyes!)
Eyes:
1. Apply a warm brown eyeshadow pencil to the lid & crease, then use your finger to blend it out. (this will be your base.. Do the eyes first so if you have any fall out it won’t mess up your face makeup.)
2. Then use a Midtone Cool brown (Blue heart) to apply into the crease & blend it out real well. (this is going to act as our transition color which will help blend the olive out better)
*the key in this eye look is blending really well so take your time doing this with a fluffy CLEAN blending brush!
3. Apply the olive green with a eyeshadow brush onto the out half of the lid & toward the crease. I used this pigment dry so instead of swiping with the brush just pat the color onto the lid; slowly building up the color.( don’t worry about fall out thats why we didn’t do our face makeup first!) Then blend the green and the crease color together using a Clean blending brush.
4. Apply the light pink in the duo underneath the brow to highlight & in the inner most corner of the eye.
5. Apply the Gold in the duo in the inner half of the lid and with the eyeshadow brush you are using carefully blend the olive green and gold together to make a smooth transition.
Face: (im skipping to the face next but I will be back to finish the eyes later!)
1. Apply your concealer & foundation
2. apply a brightenng concealer in an inverted triangle shape under the eyes to brighten , then powder your face
3. apply a bronzer to the hallows of your cheeks for a subtle contour
4. use a light natural pink blush
5. highlight your cheek bones for a beautiful glow
6. apply a lip stain to your lips (this is what gives your look such a natural effect the stain looks natural!) also apply the stain to the apples of your cheeks to add a naturally flushed appearance.
Eyes: (go back to the eyes to finish )
1. apply the eyeshadow pencil to lower lash line & blend with finger.
2. apply the mid toned brown to the lower lid & add the gold shadow to the inner ⅓ of lower lid
3. apply a black eyeliner to the tight line & a green eyeliner to the waterline
4. apply a liquid liner to the upper lashes making a cat eye winged liner.
5. apply mascara & false lashes if needed!
Thats it , I know it seems like a lot of steps because I really broke everything down so that I could be more detailed. This really is a fast look to accomplish and anyone can do this look! I hope you will try it out & use the hashtag #bondbeautyfullooks so that I can see too!
I hope you guys like seeing video tutorials & step by step instructions, if you do I will definitely do more!
