Green Fun Summer Dress Outfit

I recently went up to Essex , Ct. Which is literally a hallmark town. It has been a location that a few hallmark movies have chosen to use because it is absolutely out of a fairytale. On this particular day we traveled up to Essex to do a fun boat trip up the Connecticut river with Ct River Museum.

I have been trying Amazon cloths lately because it is seriously so convenient. It comes right to your door and if it doesn’t fit its an easy return! This dress though is absolutely perfect for the summer. I love that it has sleeves and the length is perfect not to short and not to long. So it keeps me cool but I can use it on the beach or to dinner.

I have had this Michael Kors green bag for a couple months now. I am so glad I could pair it up with this dress. I think monochromatic outfits are so classy and trendy right now. I love it plus this Federo I found on amazon was just a fantastic touch. I have been getting lots of compliments lately and questions on my glasses. These are actually from Bohme Store. I love them because they look so boho & retro all in one.

I think everyone needs to have a pair of white leather sneakers. They are so trendy and can go with so many different outfits. Its one of those basics men and women both need! These shoes are Italian made, and they are real leather. They are so lovely and my favorite shoes to wear! I am so excited to start this fashion & travels part of my blog with you.

How to get rid of dry patches on your skin

Hello my Bondbeautys, Today I want to talk to all my dry girls out there! I am just like you, I have dry patches on my skin, my makeup looks cakey and unatural! I have redness and my skin feels old. I have been testing all kinds of skincare product and have landed on the best skincare routine for us dry girls that suffer from dry patches! Im so excited to share what I have found with you. For those who love seeing it in real life, here’s my youtube video showing you my whole routine enjoy!

If your like me and love to read why things work and what they are then this one is for you. My routine works because it hydrates your dry skin. When your skin absorbs these products it heals and hydrates. The ingredients in each of these are meant to brighten, hydrate, heal and last all day! Have you ever used a moisturizer that seems to have worked for the first hour but then the rest of the day your skin feels dry again? I definitely have, it is such a waist of money. These products really do keep my skin nourished all day long.

Here is my morning routine:

1. JUNOSKIN CLEANSING BALM– To take off any makeup I have on

6. DERMA E ANTI WRINKLE TREATMENT OIL – This is a must no matter your age. If you have never used oils on your skin your missing out. Oil and serums is what really transforms your dry skin. You need this in your life!

7. ELF NOURISHING OIL – Especially during the winter months instead of using a moisturizer use a nourishing oil and call it a day! This one is so affordable and my absolute favorite. (quick tip if you add to much oil on your skin after blending it in as much as possible blot the excess with a paper towel.)

8. PIXI BRIGHTNING LIP BALM– Do not forget your lips! you cannot neglect them because they can get wrinkly and age as well. This lip balm is nice because it isn’t greasy and is perfect for right when you wake up!

JOAH Truly Yours Natural Finish Foundation Drops Review Swatches Dry Skin

Hello my Bondbeautys, It has been such a long time!! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season & a happy new year! Im so excited for todays foundation review because it is a drugstore foundation and a new drugstore brand! Its the Joah Truly Yours natural finish foundation drops. Woah, that is a super long name. I love drop foundations I feel like they are super convenient because Instead of pumping some foundation out on the back of my hand or a palette I can drop it mess free onto my face. Lets get into the swatches, I have the shade Natural Beige which I find is a perfect match for me.

Honestly, I was super impressed with this drop foundation. Especially for the price it retails for $9.50 On Joah Website & $8.99 on CVS Website. It is pretty affordable! So im going to list the Foundation Claims, Flash test, oxidation test, long wear test, transfer test & pros /cons. (if you want to see it in video review see end of this post)

Welcome to another Foundation Review. This particular foundation I personally was really excited to try when they released it. Im talking about the *Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation. The claims that Dior have on this foundation makes it sound absolutely amazing and like the perfect foundation.

On Diors Website they say this:

So is it True? I actually think that a lot of their claims are true! After trying the foundation for several weeks, It has honestly become one of my favorite foundations.

Usually I will First use a sponge to bounce it into the skin, then use a round topped Kabuki brush to add coverage where I need it the most. Foundation Week | 7 Days of Foundation

Hello my bondbeautys, Its so good to be back writing on the blog. Todays post is a very special one, because I’m going to go through and share my foundation week foundation finds. So if you don’t know what foundation week is, I’ll tell you. For seven days I try a new foundation and make a 1st impression video sharing (in detail) how it wore and my thoughts. So I thought I would pair that series up with my blog so I can show you more pictures and tell you my thoughts after I have worn the foundations for weeks now.

($36.00) So lets start with Day 1 of Foundation week, We are talking about the Urban Decay One & Done Foundation. I wear the shade Medium and I find it is a great match for me (I’m a Mac NC35). Their shade range is not good at all, but since its marketed as a light coverage the thought is that lots of different shades will still be able to pull it off even if the shade is slightly off. They only have 6 shades in total.

*At the very bottom of the post I will include foundation shade matches for me so that if you are trying to compare, you can.

I love this foundation because it has light to light/med coverage. Its so easy to blend and looks amazing with either both a sponge or a brush. So no matter what your preferred method to apply is, it will look amazing. I love this foundation for everyday bases, or light foundation days. It gives a natural finish and looks great on my dry skin all day long. I was really impressed how a light coverage foundation could last on my skin all day, but apparently with this foundation it can. Below are some swatches of this foundation swatched next to some of my other foundation matches.

Day 2- L.A. Girl Pro Coverage HD Foundation.

This Foundation is seriously such a beautiful buildable full coverage foundation. It has a shade range of 16 shades, which includes a white shade. It retails for $8.99. For being a drugstore foundation this is actually really nice selection. I wear the shade Nude Beige. This foundation has a very natural luminous finish to it, and I personally find it to be patchy with a sponge. I would definitely say go with a brush with this foundation. I personally love a luminous primer underneath so the Becca Priming Filter, or the Physicians Formula Spotlight Primer are good ones.

Day 3 It Cosmetics CC Cream Medium Tan. This is more like a medium coverage foundation, that can build up to full coverage. (depending on what you consider to be full coverage) Again like the Urban Decay One & Done this one doesn’t have a good shade selection; it has 7 shades. It retails for $38.00 and has 1.08 fl oz. I really do love this one, again its perfect for everyday, for teens, or moms basically anyone! Its a beautiful natural luminous finish that wears all day. Great on dry skin but also can be set with a good powder for those with oily skin.

Day 4, is Catrice HD Liquid Coverage Foundation 030 Sand Beige. This is by far the most disappointing foundation, but yet the best foundation all in one. It has full coverage, a very natural matte finish, and it last all day long. But, it only has 3 shades, 3! What?! That is just so crazy, I went with the shade 030 because it had the right undertone. I definitely needed to darken it with a mixer, so I used the Catrice Prime Fine Makeup Transformation Drops Darkening. I really wish they would come out with more shades because it seriously looks like skin. I didn’t need to set it because it set on its own and wouldn’t transfer. This is a good matte foundation to try if you have dry skin. For now this is a great mixing foundation, plus whenever you set it with a spray woah looks beautiful!

Day 5, Nars Natural Radian Longwear Foundation M3.5 Vanuatu $49.00. So far this one is the most expensive, but also the one with the biggest shade selection with 33 different shades. Honestly this one is so gorgeous on the skin. I would definitely repurchase this one. Just because I was able to find a very accurate shade and it looks flawless on the skin. It also wore amazing and its the foundation that I got the most compliments on. Every time I wear this foundation my skin looks so healthy and truly radiant.

Day 6, Physicians Formula The healthy foundation M3 $12.99. Comes in 12 shades. The shade I tried in the video did not match me M3 is definitely my match, if you are wondering. I honestly didn’t like how this foundation looked on my skin. It looked a tiny bit powdery and you could tell I was wearing makeup. If you have dry skin using a hydrating primer & a setting spray would help. I think this one is all about preference. Plus on my skin it didn’t last very long. I do not have swatches for this one but M3 is my match for sure.

Day 7, Flower Beauty Light Illusion Foundation M3 Classic Tan ($13.99). This foundation comes in 12 colors. Let me tell you by far this is my favorite foundation for two reasons: First, this is such an affordable foundation. Second, this is literally the best color match I have ever found for my skin. Not only that but this foundation looks beautiful, not just beautiful, stunning in natural light (Outside or inside), Studio Lights and in Flash! I just am so amazed with this foundation. It has a radiant dewy finish, but not to dewy in the oily way. I set this lightly and it remains look beautiful ALL DAY LONG! For a drugstore foundation, the lasting power of this one has just absolutely amazed me. In other words GO GET THIS FOUNDATION RIGHT NOW!

As I have been trying this for the past couple weeks I actually prefer the Vibrating mode to be on when Im straightening my hair. The reason why is because it completely eliminates frizz and smooths my hair to the point that It even looks like I put anti frizz product in it when I didn’t. Whenever I curl my hair I don’t use the vibrating mode.

So I will be showing you how I straighten and Curl my hair in the video below. I honestly do think that this flat iron is amazing and worth a try. I recommend it 100%!

Easy Dark Lip Holiday Makeup

Hello My Bondbeautys,

Its the Holiday season, you see christmas trees in every corner & Jingle bells on every station. So what better time to share an easy glamorous holiday makeup tutorial with you than now. I love this because It incorporates a dark red lip that looks stunning paired up with a cranberry eye. Of course this makeup looks beautiful no matter what lipstick you pick. Also because I love you guys I made a video tutorial for you to follow if you want to recreate this yourself!

So lets do this smokey eye look.

Put LULU in the Crease with a blending brush
Put NYC on the Lid
Put PARIS in the center of the lid and blend edges with NYC
Put CLAUDIA close to the lashes , in the outer corner of the Lid & into the crease lightly to add some depth
Add Violeta to the crease and outer corner area
Add Hollywood into the Inner Corner/Tear Duct Area to brighten and under the brow

Now all you need is some Eyeliner & Lashes! (watch video to see it done)

After Applying The Bronzer in the contour area of the cheek, I added the blush & Highlight. Then to finish this look you just put on a beautiful dark lipstick. Personally I am obsessed with Matte Liquid Lipsticks they are so beautiful! I feel like they are easier to work with & last longer on the lips.

Today I wanted to do a 4th of July makeup look. I am so excited for the Fourth of July because this year we are taking our three little boys to go see fireworks! So I’m going to show you an easy makeup look you can do for this fourth of July. I understand that this look isn’t for everyone but it can be. Makeup is a very personal thing and you can tweek this makeup look however you like. If you don’t like the bold eyebrows then skip it, if you don’t like the red lip then go for a nude!

I had so much fun doing this look and I hope you enjoy it too! I have personally been so obsessed with colored eyebrows lately and I love pairing it up with neutral eye makeup.
