Eye look + Lips For beginners

Hey Beautys!

Last Week I did a blog about face makeup for beginners, well today I’m doing an easy Eye look + Lips for beginners…. THis eye look is so easy and simple to do! Its Perfect for school, work or everyday. Its a natural , neutral eye that can fit well with a nude soft lip or a Bold Date Lip!

So Lets start with some tips for all you beginners…

Tip:

1. Apply (carmex) Lips balm on before starting your makeup to prevent dry & cracky lips

2. Use a base or eye primer to help with lasting power and to help the eyeshadows appear brighter

3. Be gentle around your eyes, dont tug ( Thats how you get wrinkles)

So now that you have some tips , lets beautify ourselves….

(Eyeshadows From Left To Right) Nyx Fantasy,Aloha,Taupe

Products Used:

Nyx Eyeshadow: Fantasy(Lid & Lower Lid),Aloha(Brow Bone &Inner Corner),Taupe(Crease)

Nyx Jumbo Pencil: Pure Gold

Wet N Wild Color Icon Eyeliner Pencil: Bronzed

StarLooks Eye Pencil: Obsidian

CoverGirl Flamed out Mascara

Elf Eye Lash Curler $1

Steps:

Apply carmex to lips
apply nyx jumbo pencil
Apply Nyx Eyeshadow Taupe Onto crease (Feel for the eye socket and thats where you put the crease color) with a crease/Pencil Brush

(From Left To Right) Crease Brush, Eyeshadow Brush, Big Eyeshadow Brush, Blending Brush

4 Apply Nyx Fantasy Onto Lid, Pressing it in to the lid with eyeshadow brush & put some on the lower lid as well

5 Nyx Aloha Under Brow Bond & Onto Inner Corner by tear duct are to make your eyes pop & Look Big & beautiful (Use a big eyeshadow brush or normal one Up to you)

6 With a blending brush & Taupe .. blend into the crease using side swiping motion & a light hand… Blend Blend Blend so that you are left with no harsh line

7 Add a gold eye pencil of your choice on lower water line (I used Wet N Wild Bronzed)

8 Add a black eye pencil to the upper waterline

9 Curl Your lashes & apply Mascara!

10 Last apply your lip balm stain in the color Honey love to your lips..One coat for a light nude lip Or apply multiple coats for a bold fall (Date) Look… The balm stains are terrific they last a long time, can be very pigmented or can be sheared out with your finger & only cost $2.99 I thought these are the perfect lip product for beginners because they are user friendly and very moisturizing..

Thats It Easy as that!!! Your Not a beginner anymore!

Tip#1 Match your foundation shade with your neck

Tip #2 Swatch your foundation on your jawline to check if its a match

Tip #3 Blend Blend Blend your foundation down to your neck

Tip#4 when Blending Concealer Use your ring finger for a soft touch

Tip #5 When Concealing a blemish blend around blemish not on top of blemish

Tip #6 Use a Light hand when applying powder to prevent cakeyness

Tip #7 Make a fishy face to expose your cheek bones when you contour

Tip #8 Blend your bronzer all the way to hairline

Tip #9 Smile when applying blush to expose your apples(the fattest part of your cheek)

Tip #10 Blend From your apples to your ears when applying blush

My Closet Tour +Organization Tips

Hey Ladies…. My closet is not enormous but the fact that I can fit my stuff, my husbands stuff, and my little 5 month olds stuff says a lot! I have some organization tips for you….Tip #1: Tie Your scarves on hanger or rack (show them off, display them)

Tip # 2: Get Creative with what you have! ( when we moved in they had these shelves in our closet so I got creative and used them to hang up jeans!)

Tip #3: Look Around Your House For things you can Use (I got this basket from my baby shower and its perfect to hold all my hair tools)

Tip #4: Cosco Has the cheapest , best storage containers! (I have this storage container with all my baby stuff that he is done using)

Tip # 5: Fold up Jeans & Hang them up they look nicer and organized that way!

Tip #6: $1 Stores are your FRIEND!! (Go check out your local Dollar store for Containers, and organizer) I found alot of great things to help me organize at the dollar store… For example the polkadot bins I got at the dollar store & this blue container I got there as well…..

Other Tips:

-You can buy shoe racks , or make them to help organize your shoes

– Tie Hanger rack is the best thing in this world, It looks clean and it organizes all your husbands Ties!

Naked smokey eye (Look Of The Day)

Hey Ladies… Fall is right around the corner, for many of you its here… Here is my look of the day as well as how to get this smokey eye.. which is Perfect for Fall!

Outfit:

Shirt -Ross

Jeans- Ross

Makeup:

Naked Palette By Urban Decay

Jordana Fabuliner Bold

Lancome Kohl Pencil: Gris Noir

So how Do you do a smokey Eye .. Well Let me tell you its super easy !

1.Elf Cream Shadow for Base

2. Gunmetal Shadow All over the Lid with a eyeshadow Brush

3.Add Sin On the center of the Lid (for some shine)

4. Add Gunmetal in the crease with a crease brush

5. Blend with Naked shadow & Blending Brush… BLEND BLEND BLEND

6. Add A shimmer highlight (Virgin Shadow) Underneath Brow

THATS IT! EASY AS THAT… If you would like you can add a liquid liner like I did…

I used Fabuliner BOLD on the top lash line, Lancome Liner in the waterline, And a little bit of gunmetal on the lower lid…

For the face I went pretty simple because of the dramatic eye..

I Used the New L’oreal Magic Liquid Powder Foundation, Topped it off with Rimmel Stay Matte Powder..

For the cheeks I made a fishy face and contoured along my cheek bones..

Then I Used the BLush shade in the Elf Warm Bronzer on the cheeks,

Last I highlighted The tops of my Cheek Bones with Smashbox Highlighter..

But for a look to be complete you cant forget about the LIPS!! lips will make or break you every time..

I chose to go with a deep nude Balm Stain By Jordana … For $2.99 Its a steal…

Thats It The looks complete and you look fabulous and ready for a date night!

Hey Ladies….

Today I filmed My 1 Word Tag Video and I thought I would clue You guys in on my look of the day!

My Makeup was really Simple …

Foundation: Loreal Magic Liquid Powder Foundation Shade Natural Beige 320

Powder: Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

Bronzer: Elf Warm Bronzer (I contoured with it, then swireled all four color together to add a beautiful glow on the cheeks)

Blush: Elf Warm Bronzer Blush shade (Added it , only to the apples of my cheeks)

For the Eyes..

SmashBox Audition Taupe Pallete (used the lightest bronzey shade all over the lid And used the Darker Brown lightly in the crease with a blending brush)

I used Fabuliner Bold in Black For my liquid eyeliner on the upper lid

For my waterline I used Ulta waterproof EyeLiner in the color Bronze

For my Lips I am wearing Jordana Twist & Shine Balm Stain: Cranberry Crush!
