Hello my Bondbeautys,

Today I decided to experiment with some Ittsē makeup that I received in the mail. I am so glad I did because they are amazing! Ittsē is an affordable cosmetic company that has customizable palettes. They have blushes, highlighters, powder, eyeshadow & lip products.  They have a magnetized palette where you can then add your own pot of product. The thing that I thought was so awesome about these palettes is that they are vegan-leather fabric. Thats rather unique they also are a lot sturdier than the Z palette because they do not have a clear window. The eyeshadows stay very protected and it also has a mirror which I find very useful.

* I am not sponsored I just wanted to inform you about the brand & do a mini review.

Today I decided to do a Soft face & eyes, paired up with a bold lip. I used  Ittsē eyeshadows , blush , powder & bronzer. I was pleasantly surprised with how soft and pigmented their products are. They were also very easy to blend. Personally the only product that didn’t work so well for me was the matifying powder because of how matte it was. I have dry skin so I only set my under eye concealer and I still felt like this powder was a little big drying under my eyes. If you have oily skin or combo skin you will love this powder!

IMG_6120For those of you who are curious on how “affordable ” they claim to be. I took the liberty of going to their website and getting prices for you!

  • Eyeshadows : $7.99
  • Palette (different color options): $21.99
  • Brow Powders: $6.99
  • Complexion Powders: $8.99

Those prices are so similar to other affordable brands at the drugstore I am so impressed! For todays look the shadows & powders I used were:

  • Grace: In the crease for a transition shade
  • Steps of Rome: To lightly darken up the crease & lower lid blended
  • Pink Pearl: on the lid
  • Alabaster: under the brow & in the tear duct area
  • The Fog Powder: set my under eye concealer
  • St. Tropez illuminate: To warm up & bronze up the face
  • Key Largo Cheek Color: Blush

How To: Bridal Makeup With A Red Lip

8 / 19 / 155 / 24 / 16

how to bridal look with red lip thumbnail

Hello my Bondbeautys,

This last weekend my little brother was married! I did his wifes makeup for the Bridal pictures & Wedding! This made me really start to think of all kinds of beautiful bridal makeup looks. So today I wanted to share with you this Bridal Makeup that is perfect for this fall season ! This is a bold red lip with soft eyes & face. I truly think this makeup look turned out perfect and I made sure that all the products used have been photo tested!

I try to use the word bridal very lightly because you do not have to be a bride to try this makeup look. I just tried to focus on things that a bride would want for her makeup on her wedding day. For example this makeup has been photo tested, its long lasting, it has a soft glow, it is not to smokey but it is intense enough so that you wont appear washed out in pictures. I hope you guys like this easy look and if you recreate it make sure to use #Bondbeautyfullooks

eyes

So I usually like to start with the eyes , just incase there is any fall out with the eyeshadows! I am not focusing on what products I used because I want you to use what ever shadows you want to use that look similar! At one point I even used a bronzer for an eye shadow! If you notice in my pictures that my lashes are missing , you cant even see that I have any! This will happen in your pictures if you choose to not wear fake lashes! (like I did) I recommend the Ardell Demi Wispys from walmart or target! When taking pictures and especially if your a bride I recommend Lashes!

For the Face I did try to keep it drugstore so that it is easy to get your hands on it! When finding a foundation you want one with no SPF in it , to prevent a white cast in pictures. Loreal infallible & the Lumi are great choices if you are oily I recommend the Infallible and if you are dry the Lumi like me! I decided to mix them because the Lumi was a little dark for me.

Face

The highlight I used today is the only drugstore highlight that I think is the best for brides. It is soft and glowy but not glittery so that it looks beautiful in pictures!

before & After

I love the deep red lip but you can always replace this lipstick with a nude lipstick or a brighter red!

Products Used:

  • Loreal Infallible Pro Matte Foundation W6
  • Loreal Luminizing foundation w6
  • NYC Smooth Skin Loose Powder Translucent
  • Elf Blush & Bronzer Duo: Fiji Matte (Eyeshadow & Contour)
  • Elf Studio Blush : Berry Merry
  • Wet N Wild Bronzer : Reserve your Cabana (Highlight/GLow)
  • Divergent Erudite Palette (Eyeshadows, use any ones you have that are similar)
  • Black Eyeliner & Nude Eyeliner (for waterline & Tightline)
  • Bh Cosmetics Lock it Lipstick
  • Be A Bombshell Lip Balm: Cherry (To add some gloss)

I hope you guys liked this look! Go ahead and try it out! I will be doing more bridal looks so if you have a request or something you would want as a bride let me know in the comments!:D
